Do I need to be flexible? +
Perfect, you’re the target audience. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not an entry requirement. Half the room can’t touch their toes either.
What do I bring? +
Yourself, water, and clothes you can move in. Mats and props are free to borrow and we wash them like we mean it. For Hot 26, add a towel.
What’s the cancellation window? +
Free cancellation up to 8 hours before class so the spot can go to someone on the waitlist. Inside that, the visit is used.
